Role Responsibilities

As a Shift Manager, you will supervise daily restaurant operations by planning shifts, monitoring team performance, and ensuring high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness. Your duties include safety and security oversight, inventory and scheduling management, and preparing your successor for a seamless handoff. Additionally, you will support your departments in achieving operational goals.
