Overview
Join a McDonald's corporate-owned restaurant in Denham Springs, LA as a General Manager, leading operations to achieve profitability while upholding McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This role involves managing and developing a team of Department Managers, driving departmental and restaurant-wide goals, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant to meet financial and operational objectives.
- Set and oversee achievement of goals in collaboration with leadership.
- Manage, coach, and support Department Managers to improve their teams and performance.
- Hire and nurture Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a General Manager at a high-volume quick service or hospitality/retail environment is highly preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
