About the Role
At Givenchy, Senior/Sales Associates serve as expert client advisors and vital representatives of the brand. Purpose
This role focuses on delivering highly personalized and outstanding client experiences while consistently driving the store’s sales performance. The Senior/Sales Associate leads by example on the sales floor, cultivates loyal client relationships, and supports peers through knowledge sharing and professionalism. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position is an important career step within Givenchy’s retail pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistently memorable, bespoke service in line with Givenchy’s elevated standards.

- Employ advanced clienteling techniques, including timely follow-up and customized client engagement.

- Guide customers through product selections confidently and authentically.
- Support product presentation and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, elegance, and meticulousness.

- Serve as a reference for best practices in sales, client management, and service.
- Share insights during team briefings and assist in onboarding new hires.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to deliver a seamless customer journey.

- Carry out sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support operational tasks including cash handling, stock oversight, and inventory management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Profile Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury or premium retail sectors.
- Proven record of strong individual sales achievements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clienteling focus with a passion for superior service.
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages considered advantageous.
