Overview
This position involves managing and optimizing channel and vendor partnerships, overseeing stakeholder relationships, and leading a team to support operational excellence aligned with Aditya Birla Capital's strategic objectives in Maharashtra, India.
Channel and Vendor Onboarding
- Efficiently onboard and manage channel partners and vendors by implementing streamlined procedures that strengthen partnerships and drive mutual benefits.
- Collaborate with various departments and designated team members to ensure adherence to prescribed onboarding protocols.
- Partner with IT teams to digitize onboarding and related processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain alignment of all processes with organizational objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvements and adjustments to simplify onboarding and elevate satisfaction levels.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and sustain robust relationships with vital stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and foster collaborative environments.
- Identify and prioritize stakeholders based on their influence and impact on organizational success and growth.
- Devise and execute strategic engagement plans for varied stakeholder groups, including communication tactics and involvement in key initiatives.
- Collaborate across business units to comprehend data needs and deliver insights customized to their requirements.
- Employ conflict resolution strategies proactively to preserve positive relations and mitigate disruptions.
- Monitor key performance indicators regularly and provide reports to leadership highlighting achievements and areas that require improvement.
Team Leadership
- Provide mentorship, operational leadership, and technical guidance to foster a skilled and capable team.
- Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to support employee development.
- Organize regular individual and group meetings to discuss challenges, solicit feedback, and deliver necessary guidance.
