Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Security Engineer to work closely with our US-based customers. This full-time, onsite position demands overlap with US business hours. You will be deeply integrated into client environments, configuring and tailoring the Hypernative platform, authoring custom Python scripts for monitoring, and guiding users through platform implementation and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in evaluating their Web3 assets and security postures, identifying risks, and advising on risk monitoring configurations.
• Develop thorough monitoring and response strategies encompassing prevention, detection, and incident management.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding emerging security issues and threat landscape changes.
• Collaborate with technology and ecosystem partners to develop joint integrations and solutions enhancing customer security.
• Conduct security training sessions for client teams, addressing both technical personnel and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support sales efforts by contributing to professional service scope development, proposals, and technical positioning.
• Customize and configure the Hypernative platform per client needs, including implementing custom rules and Python-based integrations, ensuring smooth integration with existing workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security principles.
• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity best practices and industry standards relating to digital assets and blockchain systems.
• Proficiency in Python programming for scripting, system integrations, and developing custom monitoring logic.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, engaging effectively with external partners.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex security topics to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, exhibiting patience, professionalism, and a client-centric mindset.
