Overview

Qualifications & Skills

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner certification.
  • Minimum three years as a Scrum Master diligently applying Scrum principles and practices.
  • At least three years’ experience in software development, project management, business/system analysis, or equivalent professional roles.
  • Experience handling medium-complexity projects.
  • Proven delivery of projects or programs in Agile or Waterfall methodologies, using influence to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Practical understanding of key agile delivery disciplines such as software development or business/system analysis.
