Job description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Software Engineer to create secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions for a prominent public sector organization in Queensland.
Compensation and Contract Details
- Daily Rate: Between $1050 and $1200 per day inclusive of superannuation.
- Contract Duration: Immediate start until June 30, 2027.
- Work Location: Brisbane, Queensland with a hybrid setup requiring approximately 60% onsite attendance (3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end customized Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, OmniStudio, and JavaScript.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft, and AWS.
- Implement automation workflows and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines with tools including Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, or Copado.
- Manage data operations including migrations, validations, and data loading through Data Loader and Salesforce Inspector.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience as a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer in enterprise settings.
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and integration solution design.
- Ability to thoroughly manage Jira tickets and keep Confluence documentation current.
- Proven success working within Agile and DevOps frameworks.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and projects in government or regulatory environments.
