Sales Trainer

About the Role

The Language SKOOL is seeking a dedicated Sales Trainer specializing in Trial Excellence and Soft Skills to join our Learning & Development team. This remote position involves mentoring and coaching Trial Trainers to deliver impactful online trial classes that engage learners and drive enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and coaching to new and existing Trial Trainers on the organization's Trial Framework methodology.
• Improve trainers' communication, presentation, soft skills, and effectiveness in virtual classroom environments.
• Conduct sessions focusing on rapport building, customer engagement, voice modulation, pronunciation, and professional conduct.
• Evaluate live and recorded trial sessions to identify areas for enhancement and deliver detailed coaching feedback.
• Create customized improvement plans aligned with observed trainer needs and track progress through consistent observation.
• Promote ongoing enhancements in trial quality, learner interaction, and conversion rates from trial to enrollment.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 5 to 8 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Teacher Training, or Soft Skills Training.
• Experience within the EdTech sector is strongly preferred.
• Exhibits strong communication, coaching, presentation, and facilitation capabilities.
• Has a background in online teaching, training coaching, and managing virtual classrooms.
• Shows enthusiasm for mentoring and developing talent to deliver effective educational experiences.

Additional Details

• Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday.
• Remote position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
