About the Role
Join Persimmon Homes, a leading FTSE 100 UK housebuilder with 29 regional offices, as a Sales Progressor in Plymouth, Devon. This role offers a chance to build a rewarding career where your contributions are recognized and supported.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all communications and administrative tasks related to sales transactions, working closely with Solicitors, Estate Agents, and New Homes Mortgage Advisers to achieve property exchange within 42 days.
- Maintain and accurately update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document customer progress, supporting effective management reporting.
- Collaborate with Construction, Commercial, and Legal departments within the operating company to meet completion goals and keep track of plot status.
- Prepare regular reports including weekly sales updates, part exchange reports, sales progress, and other required company documentation.
- Handle final sales statements, enter data into the COINs system, and audit part exchange legal reports to ensure accuracy.
- Support the Sales team in advancing sales, maintaining the sales tracker, and keeping chain information current.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success in sales progression and new build property reporting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Previous experience working within the new build housing industry is essential.
- Commercially aware with insightful knowledge of the market dynamics.
- Capable of establishing and nurturing relationships across multiple functional teams, both internally and externally.
- Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.
