About the Role

Muthoot Finance Limited seeks motivated and goal-driven Sales Interns to assist the Personal Loan Cross Sell team. This role provides practical experience in banking, financial services, customer interaction, sales techniques, and building relationships.

Primary Duties

Reach out to existing customers to generate leads for personal loan cross-selling.
Clarify loan product details, eligibility, and features to clients.
Assess customer financial needs and suggest appropriate loan options.
Follow up with potential customers to finalize sales.
Work closely with branch staff for document collection and loan processing.
Keep precise records of customers and update sales activities in the CRM.
Meet targets for lead generation and conversions.
Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers to enhance cross-selling.

Requirements

Graduation in any stream such as B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, or B.Sc.
Open to fresh graduates.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability and willingness to travel locally if needed.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused mindset.
Sales driven with a goal-oriented approach.
Eagerness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.
Team-oriented with good relationship management capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Stipend during Internship: ₹12,500 per month for the initial 6 months, increasing to ₹18,000 per month from months 7 to 12.
Opportunity for career advancement: Exceptional interns may be offered the Sales Executive position in Personal Loan Cross Sell.
On-role salary post conversion: ₹3,00,000 per annum as per company norms.

Preferred candidates are male. The role is based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, and requires onsite presence.
