Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to AutoLeap’s transformative solutions. Your efforts will be vital to driving the company’s mission forward by connecting with prospects, building relationships, and nurturing the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through outbound cold-calling and research.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their business challenges and position AutoLeap as the solution.
- Manage your sales pipeline proactively, from first contact through to scheduling product demonstrations.
- Collaborate in refining sales processes and contribute best practices to enhance team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of one year of outbound sales experience demonstrating successful outcomes.
- Comfort and proficiency with sales technology and software platforms, with a quick learning aptitude.
- Strong questioning and discovery abilities to identify hidden business opportunities.
- Highly organized and process-driven approach to maximize sales efficiency.
- A competitive mindset focused on surpassing targets and delivering results.
