Role overview
Searcys is hiring a waiter/waitress to join the team at 116 Pall Mall in London. The role focuses on delivering attentive table service for events, making sure guests receive prompt care, food and beverage orders are handled smoothly, and the overall dining experience feels welcoming and polished.
116 Pall Mall is a landmark Georgian venue in central London, completed in 1820 and originally designed by John Nash, the architect associated with Marble Arch and Brighton Pavilion. The property includes traditional meeting rooms as well as elegant ballrooms with chandeliers.
Working arrangement
This is a zero-hours contract position. The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule.
Compensation and benefits
The pay rate is £14.80 per hour. The package also includes the following benefits:

Key duties
- Deliver a consistently high standard of service to guests
- Support the full food and beverage service across the venue
- Help prepare restaurant and event spaces before service
- Guide and support new commis waiters as they develop
- Follow company rules, departmental processes, and training requirements
- Coordinate with colleagues across relevant areas to keep food and service aligned with management standards and menus
- Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, escalating issues to the line manager when required
