Role Overview - Direct Marketing Channel (B2C)
This role involves direct-to-customer sales where the company supplies leads to the sales personnel. The primary responsibility is engaging with prospective customers personally, discussing life insurance options, and successfully closing sales based on pre-assigned leads. This position excludes any involvement in agent or partner recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting daily cold calls using the client database.
- Scheduling appointments with potential clients.
- Carrying out 2 to 3 face-to-face meetings per day across the city.
- Providing comprehensive explanations of insurance products and financial plans.
- Managing documentation and completing sales transactions.
- Maintaining consistent sales activity and meeting productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.
