Job Overview
We are seeking experienced sales professionals with a robust background in NBFC lending products to join as Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, or Deputy Sales Manager. The role involves generating new business through open market sales, sourcing and acquiring customers specifically for Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) and other secured loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by acquiring customers through field sales efforts.
- Source and onboard clients for Micro LAP and secured lending schemes.
- Forge and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Consistently meet monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless loan application processing and timely disbursements.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in NBFC or banking sector sales, especially in lending products.
- Strong expertise in field sales and customer acquisition techniques.
- Excellent communication ability coupled with effective relationship management skills.
