Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Hold a Diploma or Degree and possess a minimum of four years' experience within a staffing or search agency environment, preferably encompassing full 360 recruitment responsibilities including business development.
- Must have completed full CEI certification (without exemptions) as mandated by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Be self-driven, disciplined, and enjoy engaging with professionals at various organizational levels.
- Comfortable using modern technology tools for sourcing and headhunting candidates effectively.
