Recruitment Consultant - Uncapped Commission

Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a top UK technology recruitment firm based in Cardiff. This role offers the chance to work with a high-performing company that partners with innovative tech firms, FinTechs, Hedge Funds, and startups. The successful candidate will quickly take over a warm desk with existing client accounts and active job openings, allowing rapid billing and growth of their own portfolio of clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruitment Consultant will manage the complete recruitment cycle, collaborating with clients to source and place talented software engineers and technology professionals. This includes developing enduring client relationships, engaging exceptional candidates, negotiating job offers, and building a profitable client base in specific technology sectors.

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in technology or a related field
• Highly competitive and driven mindset
• Excellent time management skills, capable of meeting performance targets
• Client-oriented with a consultative and ethical recruitment style
