About the Role
Client Server, a technology-focused recruitment consultancy based in Central Cardiff, is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join their high-performing, tech-aligned team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your recruitment career with the potential for high earnings and clear paths for progression. The company recently achieved impressive financial results, paying over 32k base salary plus uncapped commission to high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and place top technology professionals to meet client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, expanding your portfolio and boosting commission earnings.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to final placement, supported by marketing and advertising teams.
- Consistently meet and aim to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to team success.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in technology or a related sector.
- A competitive, driven attitude paired with strong determination to succeed.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to meet KPIs.
- A client-centric approach featuring consultative and ethical recruitment practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary up to 32,000 plus unlimited commission potential.
