About KBR and the Role

KBR's National Security Solutions team delivers advanced engineering and technology solutions for critical national security missions involving defense and intelligence. As a Property Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting operations that protect our country’s interests, particularly in defense systems and space defense initiatives.

KBR Government Solutions focuses on providing full lifecycle professional and technical services that enhance operational readiness for agencies such as the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and NASA. The team is committed to innovation across engineering, logistics, mission IT, and cybersecurity to ensure mission success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a property coordinator/custodian system for the function or program.
  • Manage and oversee administration and physical control of government and customer property.
  • Ensure that property management procedures comply with government program manager requirements and site-specific appendices.
  • Create, review, and implement changes to property-related procedures and work instructions.
  • Maintain accurate control records for property accountability.
  • Coordinate property management issues across departments and organizational groups.
  • Support property audits and reviews to ensure compliance and accountability.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the site with the AGPC organization.
  • Implement industry-leading practices, voluntary consensus standards, and standardized forms as outlined by AGPC.
  • Coordinate site property accountability activities and oversee their execution.

Requirements

  • Citizenship: Must be a citizen of the United States or Australia.
  • Security Clearance: Hold a valid US TS/SCI with Polygraph or an Australian PV Clearance.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in a property coordinator role.
