A rapidly expanding construction consultancy is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager or an early-career Project Manager eager to manage their own projects, embrace larger responsibilities, and progress their career within a supportive, dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects across various sectors including commercial offices, luxury residential, hospitality, later living, and student accommodation.
- Lead project delivery valued from £3 million to £60 million.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them to successful completion.
Requirements
- Experience in construction or related fields; formal professional certification such as MRICS is not mandatory.
- Commitment to professional development, with willingness to work towards chartership qualifications like MRICS, MCIOB, or APM.
- Ability to handle complex, larger-scale projects with guidance and support.
