Requirements

• Experience in construction or related fields; formal professional certification such as MRICS is not mandatory.
• Commitment to professional development, with willingness to work towards chartership qualifications like MRICS, MCIOB, or APM.
• Ability to handle complex, larger-scale projects with guidance and support.
