Project Manager

About the Role

Renewyx is collaborating with an expanding multifamily development company that specializes in creating Class A apartment communities across the Midwest. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead new construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects including budget management, schedule oversight, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining client relationships from initial mobilization through to project closeout.
• Manage the day-to-day interactions and communications with owners, architects, and engineers.

Required Experience and Skills

• Demonstrated success as a Project Manager handling ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors throughout project lifecycle stages.
• Ability to maintain direct client relationships and handle project communication effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory)

• Experience using Procore or similar project management software tools.
• Capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
