Overview
This role, based in the United States and managed by a partnering organization, involves supporting impactful federal programs centered on technology evaluation and mission readiness. The position requires close collaboration with government, military, and industry partners to facilitate successful technology demonstrations and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of Sustainable Technology Evaluation and Demonstration (STED) initiatives alongside related program operations.
- Facilitate communication and engagement activities among military, government, and industry stakeholders including scheduling meetings and preparing necessary presentation materials.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive program documentation, such as reports, schedules, action items, and records essential for program management.
- Support technology evaluations by managing data collection, logistical arrangements, and demonstration preparations.
- Monitor program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines to promote timely project completion.
- Develop briefing materials, presentations, and reports that assist senior leadership and stakeholders in decision-making processes.
- Document operational requirements, technology deficits, and mission priorities to support program needs assessments.
- Coordinate logistics for program events including demonstrations, site visits, and stakeholder meetings ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain precise program data management, focusing on organizational efficiency, easy accessibility, and strict version control.
- Contribute to continuous program improvements through detailed coordination, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
Candidate Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree paired with at least five years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of three years in related areas.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory, with eligibility to secure a security clearance; an active Secret clearance is advantageous.
- Proven experience supporting federal, defense, or related government programs.
- Demonstrated ability in program coordination, project assistance, and operational management.
- Proficient in preparing program documentation, reports, briefings, and presentations.
- Skillful in managing schedules, tracking action items, and overseeing program deliverables.
- Experience liaising with diverse stakeholders including government and industry representatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaborative platforms.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including terminology and emerging applications.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with strong prioritization and deadline management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $95,500 to $149,200 USD.
