Price Manager

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Price Manager based in Pakistan who will closely collaborate with sales, domain, and commercial teams to drive profitable growth, enhance commercial value, and facilitate strategic coherence between local and global priorities. As part of the Customer Unit, you will spearhead pricing strategies, craft joint business proposals, and lead key initiatives that strengthen Ericsson's marketplace position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead pricing strategies across hardware, software, and services.
• Perform benchmarking and monitor market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Develop and manage business cases in partnership with sales, domain, and commercial stakeholders.
• Drive pricing approval workflows ensuring compliance with global guidelines.
• Advise on commercial terms including cash flow, profitability, and risk evaluation.
• Manage customer price lists, discount policies, and incentive programs.
• Support initiatives to enhance pricing excellence through analytics, automation, and digital tools.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of pertinent experience in telecom, IT, networks, or digital services sectors.
• In-depth understanding of Pakistan's telecom market and key stakeholders.
• Strong financial skills particularly in business case formulation.
• Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision processes.
• Proven expertise in negotiating directly with customers and managing stakeholder relationships within commercial functions.
• Fluent English communication skills.
