Position Overview

We are searching for dependable and empathetic Youth Mentors to work directly with recipients in their homes and community, helping them build skills and pursue personal goals outside their usual environments.
About the Role
As a Youth Mentor, you will provide one-on-one support to community members with mental health needs in Southeast Michigan. You will assist with in-home activities and help integrate recipients into community settings to promote growth and independence. Both full-time and part-time job opportunities exist.

Candidate Requirements
- Exhibit patience, compassion, and reliability
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Have dependable transportation for traveling to assignments
- Clear required background checks and screenings
- Be at least 18 years of age
