About the Role

As a Youth Mentor, you will provide one-on-one support to community members with mental health needs in Southeast Michigan. You will assist with in-home activities and help integrate recipients into community settings to promote growth and independence. Both full-time and part-time job opportunities exist.

Candidate Requirements

• Exhibit patience, compassion, and reliability
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of following care plans and working autonomously
• Comfortable assisting individuals with diverse abilities
• Have dependable transportation for traveling to assignments
• Clear required background checks and screenings
• Be at least 18 years of age
