Role Summary
As an Operations Officer reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, you will undertake numerous tasks within the Digital Banking team, such as onboarding clients, resolving issues, communicating with customers, processing transactions, and handling data with high accuracy and professionalism.
Work Conditions
This role is primarily onsite with hybrid work arrangements. Office presence is required at EQ Bank's Toronto location on Ontario Street.
