Role Overview

As an Operations Management Trainee at HelloRide, you will be in charge of overseeing the two-wheeler business across assigned international locations. Your role focuses on improving vehicle scheduling, optimizing deployment efficiency, and maintaining high-quality operational upkeep by tracking and analyzing relevant data to meet essential performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage local overseas warehouses and vehicle assets to ensure precise inventory levels and prompt maintenance of equipment, securing the effective utilization and longevity of frontline operational resources.
• Develop and refine operational standard operating procedures customized to local operational traits and government regulations, ensuring compliance and promoting localized brand expansion to support business development.
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to adapt and apply headquarters' strategic initiatives in overseas markets, while addressing and resolving unforeseen operational challenges efficiently.
• Demonstrate willingness to accept assignments in various designated global cities and be ready for international deployment as needed.
• Exhibit strong data literacy capabilities by proficiently using analytical software such as Excel to evaluate operational data, diagnose issues, and formulate actionable solutions.
