Role Overview

We seek a highly organized operations administrator to ensure daily workflows run efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for inventory workflows and promptly resolve store discrepancies within 24 hours.
  • Generate routine weekly and monthly inventory reports.
  • Coordinate administrative activities related to operational projects, vendor liaison, and corporate-to-location communications.
  • Serve as the administrative contact for platforms including OpenTable, Push Operations, Skip, and Door Dash.
  • Facilitate operational readiness for new store openings, ensuring setup of necessary delivery and operational platforms.
  • Manage weekly operational data reports such as Employee LBW Report and MFB Standings along with conducting Wednesday schedule audits and distributing discount reports.
  • Oversee Food Safe Certification enrollment and maintain the LBW inventory sheets, ensuring pricing and availability accuracy.
  • Administer accounts on Meazure Up, Daily Chex, and Audit App; carry out quarterly documentation reviews and maintain organized filing systems for operational records.
  • Handle the Operations Agenda including managing weekly data and information release to field teams.
