AYOLI GROUP is a West African multi-sector conglomerate managed via a holding company. The group operates through five subsidiaries focusing on Construction, Logistics, Properties, Systems, and Distribution, all coordinated from a central headquarters in Lomé, Togo.
Role Overview
The Office Manager will oversee the operational coordination at the headquarters, serving as the main liaison between the subsidiaries and the group's Presidency. The position demands strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and execute tasks within a complex multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the headquarters, coordinate service providers, and oversee administrative documentation.
- Centralize internal requests, organize inter-subsidiary meetings, and track decision outcomes.
- Support the Presidency by managing schedules, planning business trips, and preparing strategic documents.
- Supervise general services including fleet management, equipment maintenance, and technical suppliers.
- Coordinate human resources activities such as onboarding new employees and organizing internal events.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing procedures and digitizing processes.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background between Bachelor's and Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
- At least three years of experience in Office Management or Executive Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
- Highly rigorous, discreet, and autonomous when handling confidential matters.
- Strong ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting.
- Desirable: Familiarity with collaborative management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Odoo.
