Role Overview
As a Motion Designer at HTG8 STUDIO, you are not just a cog in the machine but the driving force behind powerful imagery. You think in moving images, render realities, edit emotions frame by frame, and give ideas depth—both visually and conceptually.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D content by modeling, animating, and texturing using Cinema 4D.
- Bring stories to life through film editing, styling, and color grading utilizing Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Develop visual concepts, from initial storyboards to finalized spots.
- Apply expert motion design and postproduction skills as fundamental crafts, not mere buzzwords.
- Collaborate actively within the team by contributing ideas, refining them, and exploring creative boundaries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in film, 3D, or motion design, preferably in an agency or studio setting.
- Proficient with Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of Redshift and DaVinci is a plus.
- Strong cinematic sensibility including timing, composition, and color perception to execute impactful edits.
- Capable of working independently with reliability, attention to detail, and a self-driven mindset.
- Courage to pursue memorable, unconventional ideas rather than the easiest solutions.
- While the position is fully remote, proximity within 100 km of the studio is preferred to attend team events and workshops held several times a year, fostering real personal interaction and idea exchange.
