Motion Designer

About the Role

TIJO Studio is searching for a talented Motion Designer to become an integral part of their creative team. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Full Sutton, England, where you'll be pivotal in crafting compelling 2D animations and contributing to creative storytelling across all stages of production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging 2D motion designs and explore 3D animation when applicable.
• Produce refined edits, well-structured compositions, and polished final video outputs.
• Animate storyboards, with an advantage if you possess drawing skills.
• Participate actively from initial concept through to final rendering.

Candidate Profile

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects with strong 2D motion design capabilities.
• Proficient in video editing and color grading techniques.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Experience with 3D motion software such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Familiarity with VFX and compositing or eagerness to learn these skills within the team.
• Ability to draw and create storyboards is highly desirable.
• Additional skills like traditional animation and tools such as Figma are an advantage.
• Languages: Fluency in English and French is ideal; additional skills in Luxembourgish, German, or Portuguese are beneficial.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and able to meet deadlines without compromising creativity.
