Role Overview

  • Research industries, markets, competitors, and strategic trends to support transaction decisions.

  • Coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors to help move transactions through the execution process.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, senior bankers, and third parties involved in the deal process.
