About Vistra and the Role

We are currently seeking a Manager for Relationship Management in Global Incorporation to join our Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing updates.
- Oversee the process of incorporating and establishing offshore companies in jurisdictions such as the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Seychelles, and Samoa.
- Maintain accurate client data ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal standards.
- Support clients with annual regulatory filings and other related administrative duties.
- Conduct cold outreach calls and propose additional services to clients when suitable.
- Guide clients to appropriate teams or departments according to their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the compliance department by reviewing client documentation to uphold regulatory compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in the Corporate Secretarial domain.
- Background in corporate services with familiarity in offshore jurisdiction operations is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities along with experience in client engagement.
- Ability to perform cold calling and upsell services effectively.
- Knowledgeable about regulatory and compliance frameworks.
