We are currently seeking a Manager for Relationship Management in Global Incorporation to join our Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing updates.
• Oversee the process of incorporating and establishing offshore companies in jurisdictions such as the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Seychelles, and Samoa.
• Maintain accurate client data ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal standards.
• Support clients with annual regulatory filings and other related administrative duties.
• Conduct cold outreach calls and propose additional services to clients when suitable.
• Guide clients to appropriate teams or departments according to their specific requirements.
• Collaborate with the compliance department by reviewing client documentation to uphold regulatory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in the Corporate Secretarial domain.
• Background in corporate services with familiarity in offshore jurisdiction operations is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities along with experience in client engagement.
• Ability to perform cold calling and upsell services effectively.
• Knowledgeable about regulatory and compliance frameworks.
