Job Overview

The role involves overseeing the Fraud Management (FM) policy and control framework to continuously identify, prevent, and reduce fraudulent activities affecting various products, services, subscribers, and partners within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enforcement of an enterprise-wide Fraud Management policy framework to ensure operational capabilities are in place for detecting and combating fraud throughout the company.
