About the Role

This role is part of the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice, focusing on delivering a comprehensive suite of risk management services to participants in capital markets including banks, pension funds, investment companies, and insurance firms. The FSRM practice covers all facets of Pillar One and Pillar Two risks, risk analytics, credit and investment analysis, and risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities

As an FSRM Manager, you will lead and manage financial services risk engagements while providing technical expertise. You will act as a team leader with responsibility for support, communication, and regular updates to engagement directors and partners. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams is a core aspect of this role. You will contribute to presentations and assist in proposal development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience working on project-based teams in fast-paced, demanding settings with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, report writing, facilitation, and presentation skills.
