About the Role and Company

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day and hourly operational assistance specifically for the Meal Manager program.
- Support initiatives aimed at maintaining quality standards and share insights to improve operating procedures.
- Manage communications regarding delivery status updates to ensure customers, merchants, drivers, and internal teams stay informed.
- Oversee order fulfillment operations, spotting and solving potential delivery issues proactively.
- Utilize internal software tools to aid routine processes and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
- Engage frequently with stakeholders including customers, merchants, and drivers to provide operational support.
- Assist with launching and maintaining new pilot projects.
- Work collaboratively with teams across different departments to enhance operational workflows.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in logistics support focusing on delivery communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficient use of communication platforms such as email and Slack for operational purposes.
- Strong verbal communication abilities combined with keen attention to detail.
- Capability to adapt effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Quick learner of internal operational tools and systems.
- Willingness and availability to work from Saturday through Wednesday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST.
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience in last-mile logistics or customer service related to delivery operations for companies like FedEx or UPS.
- Familiarity with Slack as a communication and collaboration tool.
