Role Overview

The Lead Remote Triage Nurse partners with Care Coordination leadership to ensure seamless patient care and manage symptom triage remotely. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and assign work within the nursing team to maintain coordination.

  • Assist senior management in administering and overseeing the nursing staff within Care Coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental training and professional growth initiatives.

  • Prioritize and manage incoming symptom management calls through telephonic patient triage.
  • Attend mandatory staff meetings regularly.

Qualifications and Experience
