Role summary

This position is a fully remote HR support role for candidates based in the DMV area only. The assignment is expected to run for 6 to 12 months or longer. The main focus is to act as the first stop for associates with human resources questions and to help resolve routine issues quickly, accurately, and with discretion.

Qualifications

A high school diploma is required. Candidates should have about 3 years of related experience, ideally in customer service, HR onboarding, or a role such as HR technician, analyst, or generalist. The preferred profile also includes 1 to 3 years of HR knowledge.
