Role Overview

As an intern, you will enhance your skills by supporting the core design team in creating design proposals that range from broad thematic concepts to detailed component designs. Your creative expression will include producing striking sketches, renders, and design stories aligned with the Opposites United philosophy. You'll have the opportunity to prototype ideas through both physical and digital models, collaborate closely with a dynamic team of designers and digital modelers, and convert research findings into futuristic design concepts that redefine mobility.

The position involves developing engaging interior and exterior concepts that push beyond traditional automotive design boundaries and narrating future lifestyles that incorporate emerging technologies into user-centered experiences. You will be encouraged to question current mobility assumptions by exploring innovative design ideas and trends.

Candidate Profile

• Current enrollment in a university-level Transportation Design program, with commitment to remain enrolled throughout the internship.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Experienced in industry-standard design software such as Blender, Alias, Adobe Photoshop, and VRED.
• Enjoyment of working in multicultural teams and appreciation for diverse cultural backgrounds.
• A consistent ability to produce impactful and impressive design concepts.

• A valid visa and work permit for Germany are required for the internship duration.
