Role overview

Johnson Controls is looking for a highly motivated intern with strong attention to detail to support its Digital Sales function. The position focuses on using data analysis and process improvement to strengthen sales productivity, sharpen operational insights, and support better business decisions.

Key responsibilities

Create and deploy effective business intelligence dashboards in Power BI to monitor leading indicators, improve sales productivity, and surface actionable insights.
Build simulation models to study business operations across areas such as trends and vertical or country dynamics, helping with proactive actions, reliable forecasting, and capacity planning.
Map current workflows by working with teams across functions to document process steps and key performance indicators.
Review existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements or automation ideas that can increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Look for additional opportunities to automate activities within the operations workflow and support continuous improvement efforts.

Candidate profile

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
Hands-on exposure to Power Suite tools such as Power BI or Power Automate.
Advanced working knowledge of office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to begin immediately.

This role is based in Singapore, Singapore. It is a part-time onsite position.
