Job description
Role overview
This internship sits within the Digital Sales function and is focused on improving sales productivity through data analysis and better workflow design. The selected intern will help turn business data into practical insights, support forecasting and capacity planning, and contribute to process improvements across operations.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards in Power BI to track leading indicators, surface actionable insights, and support stronger sales performance.
- Build simulation models to study operational trends, regional and country-level patterns, and other business drivers that influence forecasting accuracy, capacity planning, and sales productivity.
- Work with teams across functions to map current processes, document workflow steps, and define relevant performance metrics.
- Review existing workflows and identify ways to streamline tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce unnecessary effort through optimization or automation.
- Continuously look for opportunities to automate parts of the operations process and improve overall workflow effectiveness.
