Role Overview
Punjab Container Service (Regd.) is seeking a diligent HR Executive based in Ludhiana, Punjab, to support various aspects of human resources operations. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 22,000 to INR 32,000.
Core Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment processes and overseeing employee onboarding and joining procedures.
- Monitoring and managing employee attendance records to ensure accuracy.
- Preparing payroll and managing associated compensation activities.
- Maintaining employee documentation and organizing personnel files systematically.
- Handling and updating the employee database for efficient information retrieval.
- Coordinating activities related to Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
- Conducting HR operations and generating Management Information System (MIS) reports as required.
- Liaising closely with various branches and departmental heads to facilitate smooth HR functioning.
- Addressing employee grievances and providing resolutions.
- Carrying out general HR and administrative tasks to support organizational goals.
