  • Help maintain compliance, consistency, and strong operational standards across HR policies, programs, and practices.
  • Lead HR projects and cross-functional initiatives, using metrics to measure impact and improve outcomes over time.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace that balances employee experience with business needs.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 or more years in an HR Business Partner or comparable strategic HR position.
  • Deep knowledge of employee relations, talent management, organizational development, leadership coaching, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Background supporting high-growth, fast-moving organizations through scaling, change, and transformation.
  • Strong grasp of workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy development.
  • Ability to balance employee advocacy with business priorities while applying good judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking with experience reviewing data, identifying patterns, and turning findings into action.
  • Experience managing HR projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Exposure to compensation planning, organizational design, workforce planning, or change management is an advantage.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred.
  • Experience supporting teams across multiple Canadian provinces, especially British Columbia and Ontario, is a plus.

  • Fully remote arrangement with flexible work options.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
