Position Overview

The Houseperson is tasked with cleaning and upkeeping residences, storage spaces, and vehicles assigned within the CoralTree Residences Collection, maintaining the company’s high cleanliness standards. This role does not require prior hotel cleaning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned residences and related areas
• Manage upkeep of storage rooms and company vehicles as directed
• Maintain CoralTree Residences Collection's standards for hygiene and appearance

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Hawaii Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Commitment to excellence in job performance
• Genuine eagerness to meet and exceed the needs of guests and team members
• Physical capability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights
• Ability to remain on feet and walk for the majority of the work shift

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $24.15
