Job Overview

The Housekeeping Attendant is tasked with delivering consistent cleaning services across guest villas, restaurants, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet the company’s established standards for cleanliness and appearance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of guest villas, restaurants, public and back-of-house areas in line with company protocols.
  • Restock guest supplies and linens at service points, villas, and public spaces.
  • Maintain tidiness and organization of service pantries.
  • Prepare flower arrangements as needed.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
  • Alert Supervisors to any damages or malfunctions in assigned areas.
  • Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in good working condition.
  • Complete daily reports such as villa task logs and productivity checklists.
  • Participate in daily briefings and undertake assigned duties.
  • Immediately report lost and found items to the Supervisor.
  • Address guest complaints quickly and escalate to Supervisor when necessary.
