Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team, providing exceptional service while delivering groceries directly to customers. This role requires independence, responsibility, and a passion for ensuring customers receive their shopping in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow proper van loading procedures, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times.
• Perform thorough van checks before and after routes.
• Ensure delivered food maintains its quality and freshness.
• Offer outstanding customer service during each delivery.
• Assist in-store team duties as needed.
• Work autonomously and manage your schedule efficiently.
• Be flexible with shift timings, which may range between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Holder of a full driving license for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Positive attitude with friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for customer service.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong understanding and commitment to road safety standards.
