Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Manager to join our client’s team on a full-time basis, working remotely from anywhere. This role centers on driving scalable growth strategies across the platform with a primary focus on optimizing user acquisition channels and enhancing overall platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement growth strategies aimed at boosting user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Analyze platform metrics and user behaviors to uncover optimization opportunities.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver growth initiatives.
Oversee paid acquisition campaigns and optimize digital channel spending.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with a solid record of achievement.
Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
Knowledgeable in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Strong project management capabilities, enabling effective prioritization of initiatives.
Well-versed in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
