Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Manager to join our client’s team on a full-time basis, working remotely from anywhere. This role centers on driving scalable growth strategies across the platform with a primary focus on optimizing user acquisition channels and enhancing overall platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement growth strategies aimed at boosting user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze platform metrics and user behaviors to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver growth initiatives.
• Oversee paid acquisition campaigns and optimize digital channel spending.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with a solid record of achievement.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledgeable in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong project management capabilities, enabling effective prioritization of initiatives.
• Well-versed in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
