Job description
Overview
This role is open at a McDonald's franchise restaurant in Knightstown, IN, independently owned and operated, not directly by McDonald's USA. The franchisee controls all employment decisions including hiring, firing, and staffing. This position offers the opportunity to lead a profitable fast-paced restaurant with strong standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the restaurant operates profitably while maintaining McDonald's high standards for quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Work with leadership to establish and implement restaurant goals and plans.
- Lead and motivate Department Managers, helping them set measurable objectives and providing coaching to improve departmental performance.
- Participate in hiring and developing both Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a General Manager overseeing high-volume locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this managerial role.
